Fujian Sankexin makes magnetic carrier for two-component developers. Below you will find our range organised two ways: by technology, and by the machine families our customers service. Every grade is produced in-house, from ferrite powder through coating resin to finished carrier.
Our core range. A ferrite core carries the magnetism; a polymer resin coating - synthesised in our own plant - carries the electrical function.
Typical parameters: 【TBD - pending in-house test data】 - D50, apparent density, flowability, resistivity, charge quantity (uC/g), magnetic properties. Request the current TDS at /downloads.
Best for: aftermarket developer filling; customers replacing an imported carrier grade; toner plants validating a second source.
Built around the same core-shell principle, with the coating system tuned for abrasion resistance and slower charge decay over the service life.
Service life data: 【TBD - pending in-house test data】
Best for: high-monthly-volume machines, print-for-pay shops, service contracts where call-outs cost more than the parts.
We adjust the carrier to your toner, not the other way round. Re-formulating a toner is expensive; adjusting a carrier's magnetics, particle size, resistivity or resin system is a workshop job for us.
What we can adjust: magnetic properties, particle size and distribution, electrical resistivity, coating resin system, coating thickness. Development route: send toner sample + target machine → lab matching → sample → machine trial → locked grade. Typical development time: 【TBD - pending in-house confirmation】

Carrier grades are matched by developer system, not by model number alone. Use this as a starting point, then confirm with us.
| Machine family | Notes |
|---|---|
| Carrier for Ricoh | Widely used mid- and high-volume office systems; matching focused on charge rise and density stability. |
| Carrier for Canon | Colour and mono platforms; attention to low fog and clean background. |
| Carrier for Konica Minolta | Developer units sensitive to charge distribution; narrow particle size distribution matters. |
| Carrier for Kyocera | Long-life drum systems; carrier durability drives total cost. |
| Carrier for Sharp | Mixed mono/colour fleets; emphasis on stable density across service intervals. |
| Carrier for Toshiba | Legacy and current platforms still in service across Asia. |
| Carrier for Samsung | Broad installed base; price-sensitive replacement segment. |
| Carrier for Xerox | High-volume production and office machines. |
| Carrier for HP | Large mono and colour installed base. |
