For standard grades, our minimum order quantity starts at 【TBD - confirm: e.g. 25 kg】. For a first evaluation, we would rather you start with a sample than with a full minimum order - a carrier you have not tested is a risk regardless of quantity. For custom-matched grades, MOQ is agreed per project because the development cost has to be recovered.
Yes, for qualified commercial enquiries. Standard practice: we send a 【TBD - confirm: e.g. 0.5-1 kg】 sample, and you cover the courier cost - either by providing your DHL/FedEx/UPS account number or by paying freight in advance. If you are in a market where courier payment is difficult, tell us and we will find a workable route. We ask in return that you tell us the result of the test, good or bad.
Sample dispatch is typically within 【TBD - confirm: e.g. 3-5 working days】 of agreeing the grade. Transit depends on destination and service. We send the tracking number the same day the parcel leaves.

As a reference point, we are a 500-tonne-per-year plant with all three process stages in-house, so we are not waiting on a third-party powder supplier's schedule. Confirm the current lead time with us at quotation stage - we would rather give you a real date than an optimistic one.
Usually yes. Send us 50-100 g of your current carrier plus your toner reference and target machine. We run a lab match and come back with the closest standard grade, or a custom recommendation if no standard grade fits. If we cannot match it, we will say so - a wrong match costs both of us more than a lost order.
Three mechanisms. First, all three process stages - ferrite powder, coating resin synthesis, and finished carrier coating - run in our own plant, so the input variables are ours to control rather than a supplier's. Second, every production lot is tested against the specification before release and can ship with a Certificate of Analysis. Third, we retain a physical sample from every lot, so a question raised months later can be answered against a reference, not a recollection.
Yes. We can pack to your label and your specified pack size, subject to a minimum quantity and your confirmation that you hold the rights to any trademark applied. We will not apply an OEM's brand or any mark implying OEM origin.
For new customers: T/T in advance, or a deposit with balance before shipment. For established accounts and confirmed repeat orders, terms can be discussed. Letters of credit are workable for container volumes. We publish no credit policy that we cannot honour, so we start conservatively and loosen as the relationship proves out.
【TBD - confirm current certification status】 We can provide the SDS and available compliance documentation with the quotation. If you need a specific third-party test report for your market, tell us which one - we will tell you whether we hold it or need to commission it.
A manufacturer. Ferrite powder, coating resin synthesis and finished carrier production all take place in our own approx. 5,000 m² plant in Nan'an, Fujian. Ask any supplier this question and then ask them to walk you through their own process stages - the answer gets specific very quickly when it is true.
It is a fair question and we answer it directly. Fujian Sankexin Materials Co., Ltd. was registered in 2023; the R&D behind it started in 2016, and the team came from a magnetic materials background. So the honest description is a new company with an old team and a decade of process data. We would rather you know that up front than discover it during an audit. We are also happy to support a factory audit, including remote video audit.
Yes, and this is where we are most useful. We can adjust magnetic properties, particle size and distribution, electrical resistivity, and the coating resin system. The logic is economic: reformulating your toner to suit a carrier is far more expensive than adjusting the carrier to suit your toner. Send toner sample and target machine; we take it from there.
We supply carrier compatible with machines from Ricoh, Canon, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Sharp, Toshiba, Samsung, Xerox and HP. Brand names are for compatibility reference only - we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any OEM, and these are aftermarket compatible products, not OEM parts.
We currently export to Japan and Singapore. Export documentation, packing and freight handling are routine for us, which means a first shipment to a new destination does not involve teaching us how to ship.
Tell us immediately and keep the material. Because we retain a sample from every lot and can trace a lot back through coating resin and powder batches, we can usually identify whether the issue is the material, the machine condition, or the toner pairing. Where the fault is ours, we replace. Where it is not, we will show you the data that says so - including when the answer is that our grade was wrong for your application.
Yes, and we encourage it. Nan'an is in Quanzhou, Fujian, within reach of Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport. If travel is not practical, we can do a live video walk-through of the three process stages and the testing room.
We focus on carrier. We work frequently with toner manufacturers on joint carrier-toner matching, but we are not trying to be a full consumables catalogue.
【TBD - pending in-house test data】 Storage guidance is included with the TDS. As a general principle, carrier is sensitive to moisture and should be kept sealed in a dry environment until use.
Within 24 hours on working days, in English, with a technical answer rather than a template. If you send a machine model, you get a grade recommendation. This is the one promise we can keep at zero cost, so we make it loudly.
We discuss territory arrangements with distributors who can demonstrate market coverage and are willing to start with a trial period and a volume commitment. We do not grant exclusivity on a first email.
